Housed in a newly built, detached house, it features a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen, ceramic hob, dining area, and lounge, two bedrooms (one 140 x 190cm bed and two 90 x 200cm beds), a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and a laundry room. Depending on the weather, you can enjoy the garden and the covered terrace equipped with patio furniture. Underfloor heating. Sheets, household linen, and heating are included in the price. Towel rental and end-of-stay cleaning are available (additional charge). Tourist tax is additional. In summer, the very large Montalivet market is open daily. A must-see!
