Pleasant 2 rooms appartment completely renovated for 3 persons of 37m² located on the ground floor, door n°15 of the Residence « Le Goulvars ». You will be located a few steps from Goviro beach and the thalassotherapy center.

-entry with cupboards,
-living room with sofa bed of 140cm large and TV,
-open and equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer),
-bedroom with bed of 160cm large and cupboards,
-bathroom with italian shower and washing machine,
-toilets separated.
Loggia with south exposition and garden furniture. Animals not allowed.
Garage in the basement. Classifed 2 stars in furnished accommodation.

Que du bonheur
Appartement entièrement remis à neuf spacieux qui dispose de tous les appareils domestiques et de cuisine nécessaires à la vie courante. Tout est à portée de main. Le mobilier est neuf, sobre et fonctionnel.
La salle d’eau et les toilettes sont séparées et procurent le respect de l’intimité. La chambre dispose de placards et penderie pratiques.
En septembre la résidence est calme. Situé un peu loin des commerces de la ville il nécessite un moyen de locomotion ou de bonnes jambes pour se déplacer mais le cadre est si beau que l’effort est voté oublié.
Un bémol concernant les places de parking de la résidence. Elles sont tellement étroites que les véhicules se touchent presque si on respecte le marquage. De nombreux emplacements plus larges sont disponibles en face de la résidence
Le local à vélos malgré ses généreuses proportions n’a pu que difficilement accueillir les deux nôtres en raison de là sur occupation des locaux.
Il est dommage que le soleil malgré une situation plein sud ne parvienne pas à percer l’épaisse végétation qui jouxte la propriété. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et le recommandons.
