House surrounded by a walled garden, composed of a living / dining room with window overlooking the garden, a kitchen / fitted, one bedroom with a double bed (incl 2 single beds) with ensuite bath / shower. A toilet ind. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed with a single extra bed if needed, room / game room with a sofa bed A shower room with toilet. Possibility of driving in the driveway. Rates included ONLY July - August.

Sejour aout 2023

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison spacieuse, bien agencée (toutefois quelques petits details sont a revoir). Tres belle extérieure sans vis a vis et bien cloturé.

Quiberon

Het huis in Quiberon voldoet aan de beschrijving. Met name de woonkamer is heel ongezellig ingericht met grotendeels verouderde materialen. De contacten met Britannia Immobilier( agentschap) waren zondermeer onplezierig. Door middel van een dozijn mails gedurende de week werd gevraagd om een hoog bedrag aan schoonmaakkosten die volgens de advertentietekst al inclusief waren. Dit heeft onze vakantie negatief beïnvloed omdat we ons genoodzaakt voelden te antwoorden. Door de mails te versturen en niet te communiceren via de VRBO app werd de indruk gewekt regels en afspraken te ontduiken cq. inkomsten te verkrijgen door stevige druk uit te oefenen. De VRBO heeft hierin goed meegedacht.

Das Haus selbst ist sehr hübsch, die Möbel abgewohnt und wahllos zusammengestellt. Insgesamt etwas ungepflegt. 20-30 Minuten Fußweg zum Meer.

Beaux espaces mais nécessite un coup de fraîcheur à l'intérieur

Beaux espaces à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Tout l'intérieur nécessite cependant un bon coup de neuf, comme la cuisine qui est équipée d'une gazinière. Pas d'état des lieux d'entrée mais l'agence immobilière qui gère la location est très réactive et aimable. Manquait cependant des clés pour fermer les portail et portillon extérieurs pour plus de sérénité avec des enfants. Pas d'Internet.
