It comfortably accommodates 5 people with a large bright living room on the ground floor as well as a bathroom, a separate toilet, a 60m2 exterior with a large garden furniture and an electric plancha, 2 bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom. Bed linen and towels are included.
All equipment is new and top of the range with a fully integrated and equipped kitchen:

Calme et reposant, en hiver.

Un séjour agréable, calme et reposant (décembre 2022). Merci à Marie-Céline pour son accueil, à Nathalie & Pascal (Breiz'Iloc) pour la gestion du dossier, leur réactivité pour répondre à nos questions. Equipements électro-ménager et literie récents, maison propre et spacieuse. Quelques rénovations pourraient être envisagées par le propriétaire (poignée porte d'entrée fatiguée, radiateur défectueux au rdc, peinture des murs et du plafond à l'étage...). Nous avons passé une excellente semaine, nous pourrions conseiller ce logement à des proches.

Très bonne location, emplacement idéal

Location très bien équipée et très propre. La literie est confortable, la décoration très jolie. Emplacement idéal pour aller au centre ville à pied, petit jardin agréable. Je recommande d'autant que le propriétaire est très sympathique.

Komfortabel, modern, geräumig

Wir haben unsere Ferienwoche in Kêr Trimaran sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist stilsicher und modern eingerichtet, alle Geräte sind auf dem technisch neuesten Stand. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, ebenso die Terrasse (mit Grill). Es gibt zwei Bäder mit Dusche bzw. Badewanne und WC. Pascal und Natalie waren sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Unsere Anfragen wurden schnell, zuverlässig und umfassend beantwortet.
