Appartement bien situé

Appartement bien situé, très spacieux mais gros problème de sécurité : prises électrique sans protection enfant, sans prise de terre, lorsque l on met un appareil électrique il y a un arc électrique qui se produit. Aucun détecteur incendie dans l appartement. Aération des wc se fait dans la cuisine pas top lorsque l on fait la cuisine et pas de hotte pour cuisiner.Demande une grosse rénovation pour être au norme et pour rajeunir un peu.

L'appartement a besoin de rénovation et de quelques réparations la vue est très agréable sur un parc, et le centre de quiberon est à deux pas.

Appartement très bien situé, en plein centre de Quiberon et très proche de la grande plage, très calme, lumineux, propre. Je reviendrai au même endroit sans hésiter. Accueil très agréable du personnel de l'agence.
