Emplacement idéal : proche mer et centre. Grande plage , juste en face. Immeuble très calme. Appartement fonctionnel.

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche du centre-ville et des commerces. La vue mer est magnifique. Petit bémol pour la salle de bain et la cuisine qui méritent un rafraîchissement. La baignoire est difficilement accessible.

Location très bien située, très belle vue sur la mer, possibilité de stationner son véhicule et d'effectuer les courses à pieds. Petit bémol quant aux meubles de cuisine usagés ainsi qu'à la salle de bain qui aurait besoin d un bon rafraîchissement.

Très bon séjour passé à la résidence des dunes, pas obligé de prendre sa voiture pour se déplacer, belle plage en face de la résidence, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville. A refaire.

LES + : Excellent emplacement, avec une vue sur la mer, le bruit des vagues, une petite terrasse où on peut manger, ensoleillée toute la journée, une kitchenette bine équipée (sauf le four), une grande surface pour un studio, la proximité à pied du centre. Les- : le studio besoin d'un 'coup des frais', notamment la salle de bain. L'absence de WIFI.
