! Annonce trompeuse ! Logement non conforme et hors de prix (Septembre 2023)

Le logement ne correspond pas à l'annonce. Il n'est pas refait à neuf. Les photos ne sont pas récentes (l'entrée a changé depuis). De nombreux équipements annoncés manquent à l'appel : deuxième place de parking condamnée, pas de wifi, pas de lecteur dvd, pas de deuxième salle de bain, pas de sèche linge, barbecue décoratif sans grille, freezer cassé. J'ai confirmation par d'autres personnes à la résidence La Vigie que rien n'a été entrepris dans le logement depuis son rachat par l'hôte il y a 15 ans. Le logement est dans son jus et le ménage est défectueux. La machine à laver et le four sont d'un autre âge. Le four est sale au possible. Les couvertures du salon sont ignobles. Les placards et étagères abritant la vaisselle sont sales (le coin cuisine est de toute façon sous-dimensionné pour tout usage sérieux). Douche et frigo étaient jaunes de crasse. Le logement n'a clairement pas été occupé avant nous depuis longtemps. Poussière. Insectes. L'odeur de moisi dans l'appartement prend aux tripes. Contacté, Jacques Pichard n'en à rien à faire et se montre agressif. Il nous dit que si nous ne sommes pas contents, nous n'avons qu'à partir. Au lieu de nous écouter, il dit qu'on exagère. Et bien sûr, quand on accepte son offre et qu'on s'en va, il devient injoignable, y compris lorsque c'est Abritel qui le contacte. Une procédure est engagée contre lui. De plus, n'étant pas sur place, il exploite une personne âgée hors de forme pour gérer les arrivées et commander le ménage. Honteux

Points d’amélioration suggérés : La copropriété et le rez de jardin manquent d'entretien. Le logement pourrait avoir été mieux nettoyé (four par exemple), la kitchenette est sous dimensionnée et la serrure de la porte d'entrée capricieuse. Ok quant au reste (situation, ...). Cordialement.
