This comfortable cottage, located in a quiet residential area, consists of a communal room combining a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge. An independent toilet completes this level. Upstairs, the sleeping area offers a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

With a capacity of 4 people, it also offers a closed courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue. Outdoor parking near the building is at your disposal.
