Our house from the 1950s, renovated into an architect's house, will enhance your holidays on our beautiful Presqu'île.

Well-being, calm and comfort are the watchwords of the house.

You will be won over by its design, its warm spaces, and its heated outdoor swimming pool.

By the fireside in winter, by the pool in summer, enjoy the Villa Alba all year round.

With its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and living space, Villa Alba can accommodate 6 people.

Facing south, enjoy the 400m2 garden completely fenced from morning to evening.

To start your stay, the beds are prepared upon arrival.

Bed linen and towels are provided - the beds are prepared for your arrival

Cleaning option (150 €) to be specified. Otherwise, I ask you to return the house in the same state of cleanliness as you found it. A cleaning deposit (180 €) will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you on the day of departure if the house is left clean.

Smokers are welcome but on the terrace with an ashtray.

For 15 days of rental, Marie will take care of cleaning and changing your bedding between 2 weeks.

In Off-Season and Mid-season, a reduction of 7% will be applied for stays of 14 nights.

The house is located just 300m from the SNCF train station, in summer take advantage of the "corkscrew" to access the house and the Presqu'île

Fabulous stay

We loved staying at Villa Alba. Perfect location, walking distance to Quiberon town and the old port. Beautiful pool, well-appointed kitchen, comfortable beds. We couldn't fault it.

Enjoyable and relaxing surroundings !

Marie, the concierge, was welcoming. The house provided a very stylish, pleasant and private environment. A little downside regarding the bath linen, a touch of luxury would not have been a miss as well as a welcoming basket with the basics on arrival (milk, butter, mineral water, etc…) After 8+ hours drive in the evening, a food shopping trip is the last think in your mind. Then communication with Marie was scattered. She answered to our texts when the questions seemed to suit her. Departure was hush, hush and we missed Marie ‘au revoir’ as we had to leave ON TIME because of our Ferry. We did spend a lovely week at Eric’s House despite some hiccups. H & I McGrath

Beautiful house close to beaches and town.

We had a fantastic time, walks into town for quiet coffee in the morning and short walk to the harbour for dinner in the numerous restaurants. Beaches are beautiful but we mainly stayed by the private secluded pool.

Lovely Villa Alba

We had a fabulous few days in Quiberon in this gorgeous property. Our hosts were delightful and welcoming and Marie was very quick to provide information on where to go and what to do. The house itself was beautifully appointed; comfy beds, lots of space and spotlessly clean. The pool was heated and although the weather was pretty awful for the first couple of days, everyone managed a swim, even if it was only for a few minutes. The location of the house is peaceful yet very close to all amenities. We would thoroughly recommend Villa Alba and would be very happy to return. Thank you again.

Une maison exceptionnelle

Nous arrivons devant la maison pour notre séjour. Et là c’est waouh. Les photos sur Abritel reflètent complètement la réalité. L’intérieur est décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de recherche. C’est plus que ce que l’on trouve habituellement pour une location de vacances. Plein de petits détails comme des plaids sur les fauteuils, des vraies plantes vertes des objets décoratifs disséminés dans toute la maison. La rénovation est une vraie réussite. Tout l’intérieur de la maison est bien conçu. Les chambres sont magnifiques la cuisine moderne et équipée haut-de-gamme. Il ne manque rien pour le reste lave-linge sèche-linge. concernant les extérieurs, la piscine est magnifique c’est juste un moment magique d’être installé le midi ou le soir dehors au bord de la piscine pour le déjeuner ou le dîner. L’emplacement en lui-même de la maison est parfait, on peut se déplacer à pied dans tout Quiberon vers les plages le port et le centre-ville. Nous recommandons fortement cette maison et nous y reviendrons pour un prochain séjour avec un grand plaisir. Merci à vous de nous permettre de profiter de ce bien haut-de-gamme qui nous fait se sentir bien et que nous avons quitté à regret.👍

Ein kleines Paradies

Das 50-iger Jahre Hause wurde gelungen modernisiert - gemütlich und gut durchdacht. Es ist einfach sauber zu halten. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Der Pool war für unsere Kinder das High light. Die Agentur ist professionell. Die Lage ist bis auf den Fluglärm durch den nahe gelegenen Freizeitflugplatz ruhig und wirklich zentral. Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Gegend ab der Haustür leicht zu erkunden.

Großartiger Urlaub in der südlichen Bretagne

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Die Übergabe verlief reibungslos und schnell. Die Lage ist sehr schön. Ruhig, aber dennoch ist man schnell im Zentrum, im Supermarkt, in einem Café oder an einem der schönen Strände. Wir haben uns Fahrräder ausgeliehen. Damit war alles viel einfacher, wir haben das Auto nur gebraucht, um mal von der Halbinsel runter zu fahren. Vielen Dank!

Sejour à Quiberon

Week-end de pâques en famille. Superbe maison tres bien entretenue et tres bien placée que ce soit pour les commerces ou la proximité avec les plages. Nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous gardons l'adresse pour nos futurs week-ends sur la presqu'île. Bravo également a l'agence de location pour sa communication, on se sent a l'aise et entouré s'il y a quoi que soit.

Superbe villa pour un très bon sejour

Une très belle villa, l'emplacement est idéal pour tout faire a pied ou a vélo. L'équipement est complet, le propriétaire très agréable dans la comm, l'agence de conciergerie très bien. De très bonnes vacances pour decouvrir la magnifique presqu'ile de Quiberon. Nous n'avons pas profité de l'ensemble des equipements de la maison mais tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. La lumière dégagée dans la maison est très agréable au quotidien faisant oublier les averses de la saison. Très pratique de pouvoir stationner voiture et vélos. Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, manger, se laver et dormir, c'est appréciable. Merci pour votre villa, c'etait une belle découverte que nous esperons réiterer. Bien a vous.

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par Marie-Charlotte. Elle nous a tout expliqué. La Villa est bien équipée. On se sent comme à la maison. Maison au top !

Maison décorée avec goût, très propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Maison idéalement située. On laisse la voiture en arrivant et on fait tout à pieds. On peut rejoindre le port à pieds pour aller sur les îles. Marie nous accueille super bien. Elle peut récupérer les courses (avec participation). On a profité de la belle piscine. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Magnifique villa

Très bien située, dans un quartier calme, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Maison rénovée avec beaucoup de goût et de style. Toute la famille s'est senti bien et apaisée comme à la maison. Malheureusement, la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine. Il faudra prévoir un prochain séjour 😁 😎. Maison très agréable avec un bon feu de cheminée pour partager des moments en famille. Elle est spacieuse pour une famille de 6 et très bien équipée. Marie est disponible et à l'écoute.

Fantastisch

Tolles Haus super Lage das Auto konnte auch mal stehen bleiben, da das Meer, das Ortszentrum mit Geschäften und Restaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen sind.

Great place, teriffic house

Everything was exactly as described. The house invites to stay at the pool, the plancha invites to prepare local seefood. You can walk to the beaches in 10 minues. We had a great time. Thank you!

Parfait!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La localisation de la maison y est pour beaucoup. En effet tout est accessible à pied! Plages, commerces, etc. Marie a été particulièrement efficace meme pendant son jour de repos. Il serait bon d'inclure la récuperation des poubelles dans les 150€ de frais de ménage. En effet, il est compliqué pour le locataire d'avoir à gérer ca le jour de son départ.
