Our newly built 2,000 sq. ft. home is located at the end of a quiet road, offering tranquility and a scenic walking trail leading to Quincy Beach. With easy access to buses and the Boston subway, you’ll enjoy the perfect blend of nature and city life.

- Unauthorized late check-out will incur a $100/hr fee.

2. Extra Guest Fee: After 8 guests, an additional fee of $30 per guest per night applies

3. Pet Fee: $40 per pet per night

4. Registered Guests Only: Accommodates up to 21 guests. Unregistered guests are prohibited.
- Children must be included in the reservation count. Violation results in a $200 penalty per person, per night

- Bedrooms are opened based on the number of guests registered on Vrbo.

5. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM; no loud talking on decks or in common areas after this time.

6. Special Activities: Without written consent from the Host, activities such as filming, professional photography, events, or music recording are prohibited and will incur additional location fees. Contact the Host for location fees.

This location was perfect for our class trip with 12 students and 5 adults. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Kitchen has a gas oven but it worked fine. House was very clean and the 6 bedrooms allow for a lot flexibility for a large crowd. Will not hesitate to return in the future. Highly recommend.

Great homw for groups

We had the bes time! Plenty of bedrooms ans beds for our whole group. Kitchen had ample space but lacked some basic necessities. Dining room table and chairs were spot on. Living room spaces were small but there was two so it was doable. The host responded quickly and was very helpful when needed. I would 100% recommend this property and the host!!

Great Stay with a Responsive Host!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The check-in process required a bit of communication to sort out the codes (I will never be mad about updated codes to make sure everything is secure). Jenny was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was resolved quickly—no issues getting in. The space was exactly what we needed, offering plenty of room to relax and enjoy our trip. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend!
