Great Price, Comfortable and friendly staff!!!

I've stayed here before, and have only one complaint/suggestion. The rooms need room darkening curtains! We've stayed in different rooms, but it doesn't make a difference. The rooms are way too light, all night long, due to the lighting outside. So, if you like a dark room like me, this might not be the place for you - or do what I do, take a black fitted sheet and put it over the window, by hooking it around the curtain rod. Why go to that trouble? VERY reasonable rates, beds and pillows are comfortable, and there is a microwave, mini fridges, and a kitchen sink in all rooms. So, if you're looking for a nice price, comfortable beds, and breakfast ready for you when you get up - this is your go-to place.

The staff was extremely friendly and responsive. The only problem I had was that none of the irons worked. We figured out when we were leaving that there was a master switch that turned on all of the outlets. Oh well.

Obviously an old hotel, but they are doing a great job with the improvements! The upper hallways and rooms were very nice, updated, and clean. The first level is dated but again, I anticipate more improvements are in the plans. It was nice to have an accessible elevator. Front desk staff seemed distracted or busy, but we're friendly when the were around. Keep up the good work!

I have never left a negative review for a hotel. I travel pretty much every weekend and have never ran into service this bad. Whatever you do do not show up after midnight expecting they will check you in. They will answer the phone after midnight but won’t open the door to check you in. The will not refund your money either!!! Terrible terrible terrible service. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When my family and I arrived at 7pm, the Hotel doors were all locked and there was no one at the front desk. We knocked on the doors and called the hotel to get assistance, and no one answered. Unbelievable, especially after our long day on the road. We were scrambling to find another room in Quincy when someone finally let us in 20 minutes later. Then, for some reason, it took another 15 minutes or more to check in. The hotel definity needs to address these issues.
