We think our place will help you experience everything Quincy has to offer. Especially if you enjoy the river and a concert at the gorge amphitheater. Refrigerator, microwave and kuerig style coffee maker ( no kitchen) Adjacent concrete patio with picnic table. This is a lower level separate entrance on our home with keypad entry and no stairs. Large gravel parking area with enough space for parking a boat.The calendar may not reflect all open days… pm if interested in additional days ,still putting dates together for summer. Some weekdays can be available.

Perfect suite for our stay. The beds are super comfortable, a/c kept us cool, fridge to keep things cool and a great little backyard area to hang out. If you are attending a concert at the Gorge Ampitheater, this is the place to stay, just 15 minutes to the Gorge and easy in and out access. Sunland Estates is a small community with several beaches and a lovely small community feel. Who knew this cute little area existed? You come over the desert hill into this little beach resort. There is one store/restaurant in the community which has beer, soda, snacks and a variety of pub food. If you have special dietary needs, the nearest store is in the communities of George and Quincy roughly 15 min away or so. Also, once you get into Sunland estates cell service is spotty until you get on WiFi. Download all the vrbo instructions before getting to the community/arrive at the home.

Host was excellent and communicative. Room is advertised with AC; while that's technically true, the lack of ability to control it from the room was a pain point. Overall, it's still an excellent value for the cost and the location. Will absolutely look here first for our next event out at the Gorge.
