Cocoonr/book&Pay agency offers this charming 115 m² house in Quistinic can accommodate up to 8 people. It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, a bathroom and a magnificent landscaped private garden of around 2,600 m². Starlink broadband internet access, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 40 m² living room with sofas, TV, wood-burning stove (wood provided) and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Separate WC
First floor
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160x200), chest of drawers and cot
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and chest of drawers
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200) and small sofa
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) with desk and small sofa
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful unfenced landscaped garden of 2,600 m² with two ponds, a river and a bridge crossing it. A greenhouse and vegetable garden at the bottom of the garden.
- A 30 m² west-facing stone terrace with table, chairs, sun loungers and parasol to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Quistinic, in very pleasant, leafy surroundings. In a typical Breton hamlet with thatched roof. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are just 3 km from the house.

Cycling along the river Blavet .
Numerous walks nearby: the GR is located opposite the house.
Gulf of Morbihan 40 minutes / Lorient 40 minutes.
