We stayed at Hotel NH Collection Quito Royal for several nights and had a good experience. The hotel is clean, and comfortable, and the location is good, close to many nice restaurants and coffee shops. The staff were all very friendly, professional, and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the service was excellent. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

Staff were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean. In terms of noise I got woken up by the loud closing doors - why do hotels not have quiet closing doors in this day and age? The hotel and room itself were a bit dated. The area is okay, but it’s better to stay in La Carolina as a tourist.

The hotel was comfortable and clean, and the staff was helpful. The location was not great in terms of walkability to sights and restaurants, and not much was open when we arrived on a Sunday might, but we were able to easily get taxis to go wherever we needed to go.
