The hotel really focuses on hospitality! It is simply gorgeous in its architecture with amazing views. The breakfast was delicious as was dinner. The front desk staff - James - answered all of our questions and helped with any needs we had.

The staff was superb, so friendly and great service. The food at the restaurant is also delicious!
Beautiful hotel, great location in colonial Quito. Just be ready to get your heart rate up walking back during the day. Wouldn’t recommend walking around at night.

The location is outstanding. We had beautiful views of the city, including three snow-capped volcanoes, from the upstairs balcony. The staff was so warm and welcoming. The service in the restaurant was also wonderful. The hôtel is situated in the heart of old town, so an easy walk to see all there is to see.
