Conveniently located in Port Crane, with quick access to I-81, I-86, and I-88, we are an ideal stop for RV and Horse Trailer travelers—whether you're hauling horses or simply looking for a peaceful escape.

Set on scenic farmland, our property features open fields, wooded edges, and breathtaking sunsets that make it easy to slow down and recharge. Whether you're enjoying a quiet evening by your camper or spending time around the barn, the setting itself is part of the experience.

For equine travelers, we offer safe, comfortable stalls and a turnout paddock, making layovers simple and stress-free. RV guests enjoy 30-amp electric hookup, water access, and a porta-potty.

For guests without horses—or those wanting more—we offer a hands-on horse experience. Beginners can enjoy a relaxed introduction, while more experienced riders may take part in supervised riding in our covered or outdoor arena.

We are just minutes from local attractions like Animal Adventure Park, Chenango Valley State Park, and within 1–2 hours of multiple horseback trail systems, making us a perfect base for outdoor lovers and equestrian travelers alike. We are also right off the NYS Bike Route (Rt 79).
