196 Villa Marcella by Perle di Puglia

Simple and spacious, Villa Marcella is a holiday home in Torre Suda, beach town part of Racale and it`s less than 1 kilometer away from the sea. The small villa with garden, where you can enjoy the sea view, consists of 3 bedrooms (master bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, if necessary with two additional single beds), a large diining room with kitchen and two bathrooms with shower, one in the house and one in the garden.

Outside, the house is equipped with table and chairs, outdoor sink and wood-burning oven/barbecue grill. It`s independent and it`s 6 kilometers away from the beaches of Gallipoli. Villetta Marcella is ideal for a vacation by the sea in Salento, for families or small groups of friends since it can accommodate up to 10 guests. The house is pet friendly and equipped with television and washing machine.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels not provided: price is euro 15 per person per week.
- Pool available from May to October.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
