The property has three bedrooms: two double and one quadruple consisting of double beds and two single beds, perfect for families or groups of friends, up to 8 beds.
The apartment offers two modern bathrooms with shower cubicles and air conditioning located in the hallway serving the rooms, ensuring comfort and freshness during the hottest days.

For check in and check out outside the indicated time slot, at the request of the customer, and upon acceptance, an additional cost is required:
- for check-ins after 20:30 and until 22:00 extra cost of euro 30.00;

- for checks in from midnight to 7:00 euro 100.00.
For early check-outs, at the request of the customer and subject to acceptance, an extra cost of euro 30.00 is required from 6 to 8.
