Villa Francina is a bright and sunny villa in a quiet position, in the Apulian countryside, a short distance from the sea. It sleeps six people. From Villa Francina you will enjoy a charming view of the surrounding countryside. Villa Francina is 160 square meters (1720 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from the center of Marina di Mancaversa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach (rocky) at roughly 1 km (0.6 miles) (other beaches are also available in the area farther away). You will reach Villa Francina from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Francina you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge on the premises.

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, 1.4 meters (4.6 feet) deep. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a lovely view of the surrounding countryside, of the greenery and of the surrounding buildings. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by elegant wood roofs. It is equipped with a small sofa and with chairs, hammocks and an external shower. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery and of the swimming pool.
Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are bright and agreeable, and include a divan bed for one guest (available upon request with an additional cost -- please contact our staff in advance). In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio and the swimming pool through three French doors. The room also has a small window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the alleyway at the rear of the house through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.

The second patio is 10 square meters (107 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the patio you will enjoy a view of the surrounding countryside.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the corridor or from another independent entrance. The ceiling is made of stone and vaulted. The furnishings are rural and characteristic of the house of Apulia. The dining table can accommodate four guests. From the dining room you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room has no windows.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the dining room. This room has no door. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a small window.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom has no door. It is with wall tiled with stone and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the dining room.
Other roomsLaundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room through a corridor. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
