Staff was very nice, and room was mostly clean (a bit of hair in a few spots). Was better than I was expecting from a motel, and great for its price. The screamers cafe breakfast was very good!

That was so clean. We booked an upstairs 2-bed room. That was great view and super clean. Just keep in mind for CHECK IN, office is closed from 12 pm to 4 pm. We arrived at 2.30 Pm, we stayed there for 10 min and we were so lucky to see one of their office admins. The guy did checked in for us even 1.5 earlier. Really appreciate you man. The floor felt like it hadn't been mopped in a long time. It was greasy and sticky and the bed felt like it was from the 60s, rock solid.

Checking in process is ridiculous! I had to go to a different building to do it. Then if you want their free breakfast, you have to go downtown. Very inconvenient! The room was too small and very noisy. I could hear the neighbors late at night. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Not a good night.

TV did not work. It took 2 hours for staff to fix the TV. Smoke alarm was ripped off the wall, so no smoke alarm. Door did not close properly. Only way to close the door was to use the dead bolt. Very ghetto hotel experience

staff were great. very friendly and cooperative. the rooms were freezing cold. the heater was turned off. and it was a cold snowy weekend. so it took a while to warm up the room. I recommend they turn the heater on ahead of time, at least on the day the guests are supposed to arrive.

Had a wonderful 2 night stay here with family. The rooms are clean, bathroom spotless. The heating/cooling works perfectly. It's basic but gets the job done. Better and newer than other motels we have stayed at nearby. Would definitely be coming back.
