The office was only open from 4-7pm which made it difficult if something needed attention. The bathroom light over the bathroom sink had heat lamps in it which made the room too hot and uncomfortable. No table lighting in the room, only LED overhead lighting which was VERY bright. Bathroom lighting also ran the outlet, so anything pluggd into the outlet would turn on only when the vanity light was on.

The Gateway stay was great!

We loved staying at this quaint motel in Radium Hot Springs. We felt safe walking around, the staff was wonderful and the room was comfortable. We loved having a deck.

The rooms were very good. The beds comfortable and the pillows were suitable. Everything in the room worked well except the TV. The remote control was dead and I finally turned it on in the back of the tv. The place was cute, clean and close to Radium dining and “downtown”.

Quaint and cozy motel close to the thermal pools. The Gateway provides towels for use at the pools and also includes a breakfast at a nearby local ice cream shop which was quite yummy. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Would recommend to others to stay here and eat at the Horsethief Creek Pub and Eatery. Best food.
