To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
* You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
* You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A noise monitor in the unit will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 people.

3. Sable Ridge is a smoke-free complex. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. If you are a smoker you are free to smoke just outside the parking lot. Any proof of smoking/vaping will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. We do not allow pets of any kind in this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please leave the underground parkade/pool/garage key(s) inside the unit where you found it. If not there will be a $100 replacement charge.

8. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Beautiful location

The condo was beautiful and clean. The balcony was lovely to sit out on and we even got to see wildlife. The location was within walking distance to Main Street. The pool area was lovely and everything was well kept. Only downfall was that the blind in the master bedroom was broken and duct taped so it wouldn’t close. This was a bit unsettling being on the first floor, but we made do. It was disappointing when I addressed it after our stay it wasn’t acknowledged. And it took 19 days and a follow up reminder email to get our damage deposit back.

Quick weekend visit to the valley

Clean, quiet, well maintained building and grounds. Condo itself was a pleasure. Very new appliances, and well-stocked unit with all the necessary cooking paraphernalia. Everything worked as it should. Sitting on the deck was interrupted often by the A/C unit which was loud but we shut it off when we planned on being out there. Convenient to walk into town for groceries, ice cream, or to sit at a local restaurant. Allgood!
