What a wonderful welcoming place this is! We loved everything about it from meeting Rob, to the super clean and comfortable room full of treats, and necessities. We were sorry we only could stay one night there! Absolutely recommend!

Free wifi. Large one bedroom suite. Surprised as I thought I was just getting a standard room with a bed and bathroom. It is very modern and clearly updated. Has great air conditioning. Lots of dishes and stuff to self serve in your room.

Rob as the owner was awesome and his motel is super cool for the boys hangout as you can do outdoor bbq, play half dozen games in the courtyard instead of just being cooped up in the room. Shower cabins are new, and the beds are clean and comfy. My friend plans to bring his family there in the future. Realistically priced and super close to hot springs and 15 mins away from Invermere.

We chose to stay at the Lido Motel based on several positive reviews. We really wanted to love our stay but were a little disappointed. The owner Rob was very friendly and personable. He even allowed us to have a late check out which we really appreciated. But unfortunately, the accommodations were mediocre. The space was much smaller than expected and didn’t look like the photos. The space smelled like cigarette smoke. There was no shower gel in the bathroom so we had to use hand soap to shower. Also the bedroom door couldn’t close. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable thankfully. Like I mentioned before, we really wanted to love our stay especially after meeting the owner. If we had to rate solely on our interaction with Rob, we’d give it 5 stars. But we just wanted to let future guests know what to expect.

Older Vintage and cosy "motel" that has been nicely updated with modern conveniences of a big screen tv, microwave, small fridge. The room was exceptionally clean with all bedding, towels, etc freshly washed... with a softener, etc and so were much nicer than most other motels or hotels. The staff were excellent, friendly, and went out of their way to provide extra touches... such as goodies for our pups, etc. Truly a marvelous place and we will certainly return the next time we are in the area!

This is a delightful find. We are just passing through but I find myself wishing for a longer stay. The retro themed room is spacious with extras from chocolate squares to mixing bowls. Our room has a separate bedroom and a living area. Highly recommend.

Great Stay!

Really appreciates all the little things that they do to improve your stay. For example, their welcome basket goes beyond coffee and tea, with chocolate, popcorn, and glasses lens cleaners! Toiletries are quality and they provide an ample supply. Will definitely stay here again.

Great value for money. The owners are super nice, upgraded my room to a one-bedroom suite. The is was a hot plate, mini-fridge, microwave, dishes, etc. Little treats like chocolates and microwave popcorn were provided. The buildings are older, but as long as you are aware of that, all fine! There is an outdoor space to play games. Walking distance to groceries, restaurants, coffee shops, and hiking trails. Comfortable bed, quiet room. Enjoyed my time there!
