The recently renovated holiday apartment “Kirchblick” on the first floor of a historical half-timbered house from the 18th century is situated in Güttingen, near Radolfzell, and is only a short drive from the shores of Lake Constance. The 33 m² apartment consists of a living area with a dining area and a well-equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite television. The shared outdoor area comprises a garden with dwarf rabbits and a covered terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast or spend the evenings with a nice view of the Swiss Alps. A supermarket is 750 m or a 9-minute walk from the apartment, and you can reach bakeries, restaurants and a bus stop within a mere 3-minute walk (250 m) from the property. The pretty centre of Radolfzell is a 10-minute drive (4.6 km) away, but you can also get there by bus in 17 minutes. There you can walk along the lakeside promenades and also find the nearest beaches with clear blue water and fantastic panoramic views of the lake and the mountains. Konstanz, famous for its picturesque old town centre and cathedral, is located 21 km or a 25-minute drive from Güttingen, on the river Rhine, and the World Heritage Site Reichenau Island can be visited after a 20-minute drive (20 km). Within the Lake Constance region are many scenic hiking and cycling routes, and in winter you can even drive to a smaller skiing area in 30 minutes (36 km).
