The Ankerplatz apartment in Radolfzell (Kernstadt) is the perfect place for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The 98 m² apartment features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a guest toilet, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office and a TV. The beds have new, high-quality, medical pocket spring mattresses (firmness H2), ensuring optimal comfort even for guests with back issues. A baby cot and three high chairs are available on request, and power outlets are fitted with child safety covers. Please note there are three steps inside the apartment.



The covered south-facing balcony with awnings lets you enjoy the sun all day in good weather. The apartment is close to the beach, with a tennis court about 15 minutes away on foot. Schöne große Wohnung mit gemütlichem Balkon, zentral aber ruhig

Pros: Der Balkon, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, es war sehr ruhig. Supermarkt und Bäcker 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben selten eine so gute Küchen-Ausstattung erlebt (Jura-Milchschäumer, Tupper, Knobi-Presse, Gewürze…) Die Wohnung ist nicht wie eine typische FeWo geschnitten, wo ja oft die Küchenzeile im Wohnraum oder im Essbereich ist. Hier ist die Küche separat neben dem Esszimmer mit dem Balkon (3 Holzstufen zwischen Küche und Esszimmer), dann geht ein kleiner Flur zum großen Wohnbereich. Die Küche lässt sich super lüften und man hat den Essensgeruch nicht in der ganzen Bude. Wenn man zu viert reist, kann man sich auch mal gut „aus dem Weg gehen“. Aber wer immer ganz eng zusammen sein möchte, mag die getrennten Räume vielleicht nicht so. Cons: Zur Perfektion fehlte höchstens ein Gefrierfach und eine Mikrowelle.

Pros: Für vier Personen war die Wohnung ausgesprochen geräumig, fußläufig waren sowohl der See, die Innenstadt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und der Bahnhof schnell zu erreichen Cons: im Badezimmer wäre ein Fenster nach draußen oder ein Abzug wünschenswert, damit künftigem Schimmelbefall entgegengewirkt wird. Die Matratzen waren relativ hart

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung an ruhiger und doch recht zentraler Lage!

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnquartier. Der See und das Stadtzentrum sind in ca. 15 Minuten Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, für einen nächsten Urlaub noch einmal die Ferienwohnung Ankerplatz zu buchen.

Perfekte Tage in Radolfzell.

Sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit großem Platzangebot in ruhiger Lage. Wohnzimmer mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Sehr kinderfreundlich mit Kinderbett, Wickelauflage, Hochstuhl und Spielsachen und Büchern. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Balkon mit wunderbarer Loungegruppe. Sehr freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Vermieterin.
