With a rich history dating back more than three centuries, this pristinely appointed period property once served as a 17th century pigsty - although the sleek and stylish decor does make this hard to believe. Sensitively restored throughout, this dreamy retreat is illuminated by a palette of sumptuous hues. Rich shades of teal paint the walls, effortlessly offsetting the open stonework, while vibrant pops of yellow instantly pull the eye. A continuation of sleek black furnishings and accessories enhance the premium aesthetic, meanwhile a bevy of little luxuries are peppered throughout the home for your enjoyment.
The space
Framed by a breathtaking verdant expanse that stretches as far as the eye can see, this spectacular home will steal your heart from the moment you catch a glimpse of its period stone facade. And as we delve beyond the sleek, jet black doorway, a bounty of thrills and spills awaits. Serving elegance by the bucketful, every nook, cranny and corner has been thoughtfully renovated to reveal a contemporary space edged with historical accents.

The towering vaulted ceilings are furnished with original oak beams, meanwhile the open stone walls showcase the home's original structure. Adding to its opulent aesthetic, spotlights illuminate from the ground upwards and a curation of accessories and soft furnishings exist to enhance that warm, homey appeal.

Craving some downtime? The king-size four poster bed is sure to scoop your seal of approval. With a wall-mounted TV looking right at you, there's no better spot to kick back and unwind.

Treat yourself to an invigorating shower before popping on your bathrobe and retreating to the comfort of your crisp white sheets, all set to watch your favourite series in style.

Alternatively, if you're yearning for some time in the open air, make a beeline for the private outdoor space. With a direct outlook onto the surrounding landscape, reconnect with nature as you while the evening away at the foot of your toasty four-sided wood-burning stove.

There is no kitchen at the property, but there is a coffee station, complete with a Nespresso machine, a fridge and a sink. Outside, there's a Roccboxx pizza oven, luxury Italian parasol and a wood-fired Dutch tub, just for good measure. As dusk descends, pop on your swimwear and plunge into its toasty depths for a nightcap beneath the stars before retreating back to your beautiful bolthole for a restful end to the day.
Shared facilities
As if your uniquely luxurious living quarters weren't enough already, your home-from-home also affords an extensive list of facilities to enjoy at your leisure. With a vision to enrich the body and mind, guests are invited to make use of the 20m indoor heated pool and indulge in a blissful moment in the steam room and sauna. Catering to all your wellness needs, the farm also boasts a fully-equipped contemporary gym and revitalising bucket shower.

For the nature enthusiasts, unrestricted access to 18 acres of breathtaking grounds and woodland walks is sure to raise a smile, meanwhile budding wine connoisseurs are encouraged to indulge in a spot of wine tasting at our local vineyard. The opportunity to hire a private chef pledges to make your stay all the more magical, meanwhile an array of event spaces and complimentary access to a private car park complete with electric vehicle charging points is also available.

And finally, for any animal lovers staying at the farm, a visit to our Pygmy Goat enclosure is an absolute must. Friendly, intelligent and absolutely adorable, these miniature residents will be delighted to meet you.
Guest access
Upon arrival to the farm, proceed up the cobbled drive to the electric gates and press the intercom button. The owners will open the gates and then greet you in the car park and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £250 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
