The house, built in the 1900s, has been completely renovated respecting its original structure and is surrounded by a vineyard and an organic olive grove. It can accommodate up to 10 people and is composed as follows: on the first floor, accessible by an external staircase, there is a living room with a sofa, dining table and panoramic balcony overlooking the vineyard and the Simeto valley. The corridor leads to the first double bedroom (bed size: 160x200 cm or, on request, 2 single beds) and a private bathroom with bathtub/shower and double washbasin. A second triple bedroom follows with direct access to the private and panoramic terrace (bed size: 160x200 cm or, on request, 2 single beds), while its bathroom with shower and toilet is located in the corridor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as American and espresso coffee machine, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, induction hob, etc. The kitchen has direct access to the private terrace and the pool house equipped with refrigerator, barbecue, crockery, table, chairs and bathroom with toilet and shower. In the attic, on the second floor, there is a cozy double bedroom (bed size: 140x190 cm) with air conditioning and private bathroom with shower. The private saltwater infinity pool measures 14 m x 3.5 m; depth 1.10 m. For safety reasons, children should not be left alone in the pool and outside.

In the first bedroom there is a double bed (140x200 cm), air conditioning and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.
