Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Raglan home. Down a right-of-way, in the newly developed Rangitahi neighbourhood, it’s a wonderful spot for a quiet getaway and only 10 mins from the famous Manu Bay.

With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry you will have everything you need to make this your home away from home.

The large deck is the perfect place to take in the stunning mountain views and the spectacular sunsets. From here it’s a short drive or a lovely walk (about 3km) into town and a short drive to multiple beaches (5km to Ngarunui) for some sun or surf.

There is a coffee hut (with delicious pastries), basketball court, tennis court, frisbee golf, and trail walks (to burn off the pastries) all within the Rangitahi neighbourhood for you to enjoy. As Rangitahi is a growing neighbourhood there may be some daytime construction noise in the area.

Please ensure you ONLY park in the driveway (two cars will fit). All other cars MUST be parked at the top of the right of way on Omahina street.
Please ensure that ALL sanitary items are placed in the rubbish. We have a very sensitive septic system which is likely to block if these are flushed.
If you are cooking. Please place any resulting fats in the rubbish bin, if these are tipped down the sink you may block the septic system.

Thanks for the use of your lovely place. This was a great location, walking distance to nice coffee and a very short drive into the village or out to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Great facilities. Had a great time.Would have rated excellent except for lack of fully enclosed deck as advertised. Also the photos need to be updated as it is significantly more urban than advertised (and only going to get more so with the continued development). Luckily the builder next door was very considerate and everyone shut down for Christmas.
