Très bon accueil. La partie réception de l’hôtel est très belle et fidèle aux photos. Par contre, la chambre standard dans laquelle nous avons dormi n’est pour moi pas à la hauteur du standing minimal d’un tel hôtel. Le sèche serviette de la salle d’eau était cassé et chauffait en continue et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. La douche aurait également besoin d’un petit rafraîchissement. Pas de verre et pas de possibilité de prendre un café ou thé (même payant) dans la chambre. Une bouteille d’eau gratuite par séjour serait appréciable.

The hotel is a real gem with a wonderful indoor pool/spa that you can reserve for exclusive use. It is located well in hilly Ragusa and very close to the important sites. Tramite stradine del centro città di Ragusa si arriva alla struttura che si trova all'interno di un bel palazzo. Personale impeccabile (chek-in per 24h anche in piena emergenza covid - zona rossa) e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Stanze pulite e dotate di ogni tipo di comfort. Hotel ideale anche per soggironi turistici perchè si trova al centro di Ragusa.
