The Casanera summer house is located on the south-west coast of Saaremaa Island, in the small village of Rahuste. The house has a beautiful sea view, as it is only 300 metres from the sea, in the middle of a bird sanctuary. The house has two neighbouring houses, but they have little view of the house.

The summer house complex consists of a separate neighbouring house with sauna.
The annexe is 60 m² in size and has a bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out double sofa bed. There is also a separate kitchen and WC. The most important feature, however, is the sauna with shower.

A terrace invites you to relax and offers views of the sea. There is a hot tub with wood heating in the garden. The barrel has a diameter of 1.5 metres and reaches a water temperature of 40 degrees within approx. 3 hours. The heating of the hot tub is according to separate agreement.

The house also has a small rowing boat with room for two people.
The nearest beach is about 300 metres away. The beach is shallow and you have to walk a long way before you can swim. The harbour of Rahuste, where you can also swim, has a stony bottom and is about two kilometres away.

In the village of Salme, about 17 kilometres away, there is a modern grocery shop where you can buy all the goods you need for your daily needs. The nearest inn is about 12 kilometres away in the small village of Anseküla.
In about half an hour (38 km away) you can reach the historic town of Kuressaare, which is known for its very interesting medieval castle and many good restaurants.

On Saaremaa there are many sights, such as medieval churches, beautiful sandy beaches, windmills, old villages with stone walls, and much more.

The house is easily accessible by car, as a gravel road leads directly to the house. There is parking space for 3 to 4 cars.
