Great position & unit

The unit was clean & spacious. Bonus 2nd toilet. It was quiet & there was more than ample large dishes & cooking vessels in the kitchen for a large family. Hot water was plentiful & bed was very comfortable. It was directly across the road from the Country Club which had good meals & daily $19 dinner & $15 lunch specials. We shall hopefully stay there gain.

Excellent facilities with roomy comfort. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication when needed. So comfortable we are staying an additional 2 nights (making a 5 night stay). Rainbow Beach is lovely even in bad weather. Only issue is small garages are not really suitable for large 4WDs however no issue with parking on street if needed.

The studio was spotlessly clean and the decor was perfect I could not fault the presentation of the unit it definitely made my short stay memorable. The host was friendly and cared about you as a guest that you enjoyed and were happy with the accommodation.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the resort, however we need to point out a few things that were new to us who travel much internationally a) Keys given didn’t lock or unlock any door including garage’s, though when inside the apartment we could lock the doors including garage’s b) Having paid the amount due for 3 days, we found it ‘unusual’ being asked to clean the apartment before leaving c)Place was not quiet from daybreak onwards with kids about though we do make allowances for kids being on boliday

Such a beautiful unit that we stayed in. Very clean and comfortable and the bed and couch were so comfy. Communication was excellent and we received a text early to tell us our room was ready. Great location across the road from IGA and everything was walking distance. The pool was incredible and lots of sun chairs for everyone. We will definitely be back and will be telling everyone about you.
