Sinclair's is a popular base for fishermen with off street parking for fishing boats.
Walk 5 minutes to the main street or to the beach, and the start of the Carlo Sandblow bush walk is only a few minutes away.
The view is spectacular - 180-degree from the top of the sandblow from Double Island Point to Fraser Island.
There is so much to love about Rainbow Beach, and only a three hour drive north of Brisbane.
