Beautiful Raleigh Townhouse for up to 6 month rental or shorter stays

We will be spending approximately 6 months in Poland (mid June to Dec 31) and are making our beautiful townhouse in central Raleigh available for rental.

Note: For longer stays, price is $1,850 / month. Guests with no pets or children preferred.

Rooms include: 2 bedroom, 1 office, 2.5 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, patio

Fully furnished, washer/dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, etc.

Central heating/air

Location: Near the corner of Falls of Neuse Rd and Spring Forest Rd. (centrally located, about 10-15 minutes drive from downtown center). A very quiet and charming neighborhood with kind neighbors and good for walks. Lots of greenery.
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be close to Crabtree Valley Mall. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms in the vacation home.
