One and done

Parking is cramped. Lots of construction crews staying there with their trucks around the perimeter. Someone set off the fire alarm that forced evacuation of entire building one of the nights. Sheets looked wrinkled like they were used? Carpet had a trip hazard gap where they didn’t cut it correctly. Bathroom was updated and looked fresh. It was at least quiet when I was sleeping in my room. Overall experience I would not stay here again. Nothing terrible, but also not great.

Good location and clean

Good location near Duke hospital. Old hotel and there was limited parking available due to the number of what appeared to be work trucks. Room was clean and comfortable. Bear minimum for breakfast but over all, clean, I felt safe and would stay here again.
