Has nothing to do with the property. The problem is your total lack of service. I've been stricken by pulmonary embolisms and you don't offer any way to cancel my reservations or provide any recourse. Your service sucks and I'll never use it again Additionally I'll provide as many negative reviews as possible about your NO service.

Cleanliness was not appealing to my eye. Bed sheets had a mustard color stain upon arrival; front desk was very helpful and switched my room. Though, bathroom wear-and-tear was present with whooping noise of the fan and a crooked ceiling panel (both rooms had one, but the first had a coffee-colored stain on one its panels).

I am physically challenged and asked for a room with accommodations. The room was all the way to the end of the hall from the elevator. I was traveling alone. THAT WAS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Friday night was the only unpleasant encounter with an employee. The man at the desk was abrupt and unfriendly!! The other two desk people I encountered were very helpful ,

Staff was nice and helpful! They were very prompt with their service and seemed cheerful with helping. As far as the property, the shower head was poorly cleaned but I cleaned it before use. There was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom and some small holes in the ceiling in the bedroom. These are things I noticed but overall the stay was still okay. Would stay again if I needed to.

We were in North Carolina for a few days away. The hotel was less than five minutes from RDU airport. The staff was helpful.Our room was clean and spacious.The only reason they are not getting five stars is because there wasn't enough lighting in the room for us.
