Cozy private efficiency in my home, 8 miles-downtown Raleigh, NCSU, RTP, Cary, RDU airport and nature parks (Lake Johnson, Umstead Park, Lake Jordan) Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven provided. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room/dining area. There is a tenant with 2 small dogs who lives on property in their own private space. ( There entrance is the back of the house)
During your stay at this vacation home, you'll be within walking distance of North Carolina State Fairgrounds. The vacation home includes amenities such as a jetted tub and a Smart TV.

The property was very clean and well maintained. Very cute home easy access. Close to shopping and dining and convenient to the location I was visiting. But listing a kitchen is a little bit of a stretch. There is no kitchen in this home.
