This 1040 sq.ft condo is your home away from home! Located in a quiet, older neighborhood inside the belt line close to ALL major attractions. NC State University, Lenovo Arena, downtown Raleigh, State Fairgrounds, Cary are all within 1-4 miles. Enjoy the comforts of a spacious living area, equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and three queen beds. Please read other notes before booking. Wifi included.

Updated with a cozy, modern feel, this condo is equipped with everything you will need for a comfortable, relaxing stay- from free WiFi and to fresh linen and kitchenware. You are welcome to enjoy everything it has to offer and in return, we ask that you are respectful of the space during your stay and abide by the house rules. NO parties, large gatherings or loud music please! Please read notes carefully before booking.

The home is equipped with a smartlock. You will receive access instructions with a one time code for your stay after you book.

Parties, large gatherings ( of over 6 people) and smoking inside the unit is prohibited in this property. A fine of up to $500 maybe charged for violations.
Recently we found that a neighbor in the building is smoking and the smell penetrates into the condo. Please be aware when booking if you are very sensitive to this issue, refunds WILL NOT be issued for a complaint of smoke smell.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ecliipse Condo. We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and just needed a comfortable play to stay between wedding events. It was conveniently located near our events and was definitely better than staying in a hotel. Glad we found this option and stayed here.
