There is a charge to park at the hotel (even if you are a guest). So you pay to stay and then a third party company charges you to park. This does not make sense to me and I will not return. I have stayed at other Embassy Hotels and this one was just okay. Shower curtain didn’t really fit so water always got all over the floor.

My stay overall was nice. However, there was a significant past leak noted on the ceiling with what appeared to be black mold. I reached out to maintenance, black mold was not acknowledged, however that section was sprayed with bleach upon my request. It did make my breathing feel better. I did request that room be closed after my check out until the necessary repairs were made. There were no other rooms available and it didn’t feel like finding another hotel as this was graduation weekend any many of the nicer hotels were booked. I was told that I would receive 5000 points for a two night stay to compensate my stay. However, when I returned home, I reached out to Hilton Honors and was told that 5000 points is not enough for a two night stay. I don’t appreciate being lied to and would like my two night stay honors points. Also, the rooms could be cleaner from dust.
