Excellent Experience

I had a truly delightful experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the check-in process was seamless and accommodating, making for an stress-free start to my stay. The extra attention via text for additional questions and concerns was greatly appreciated, adding a personal touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities one could need, from a comfortable bed to a functional workspace and more. It was immaculately clean, which really added to my overall comfort. Every interaction I had with the staff was pleasant and professional, making my stay all the more enjoyable. Overall, the Embassy Suites Hotel provided an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

My Husband and I enjoyed our quiet New Years Eve stay. The hotel had a wedfing and a gala going on for the new year and we did not hear anything! It was wonderful! The complimentary drinks and snacks were wonderful that evening.The next morning the full breakfast was very very good! Great options to choose from! We will return to this hotel for another relaxing stay.

New Years Eve

We stayed here for one night on New Years Eve. The front desk staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel lobby was beautiful and well maintained. The king suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was delicious consisting of a breakfast buffet with lots of options. Will definitely be staying here again

Great room spectacular food

We loved this hotel. The room was spacious, they have a wonderful complimentary breakfast. There is a happy hour we enjoyed several times and the last night we had food from the hotel restaurant in the room and it was spectacular.

Disappointed!!!!

First night the heat wasn't working. Felt like we were sleeping outside. The attendant downstairs brought blankets. The next morning we switched rooms. Everything was like we expected with Embassy suites. We always stay Embassy so I was alittle disappointed.

The lobby is so cold. Had to go back to our room and put jackets on. Made enjoying our breakfast very uncomfortable. The complementary breakfast was okay. TIP: When ordering from the omlette station ask for freah cracked eggs, otherwise youll get the egg product from the carton. They offer a happy hour from 6-7:30. They say 2 complementary drinks but the options are very few and unless you order food, your not allowed to sit in the bar area. So my tip is, stay elsewhere, wasnt worth the money.

Goal!

In town for NCAA men’s soccer finals. Hotel staff was friendly and kind. They made over my 12 yr old dog. Oh, they are pet friendly. Bed very comfortable. I normally can’t sleep past 530 am We didn’t wake up until 930. The hotel is well located and easy to find. It has caused me to change where I will stay on future trips to Embassy Suites. Team lost but that was beyond hotel’s control.

No airport shuttle

When we checked in, we were given an Accessible room, but never warned that you have no lights in the unit unless you put a keycard into a special slot. Then in the morning we went to get their shuttle to the airport, only to find out the driver didn’t show up for work that day so we had to pay for an Uber. I feel the hotel should have paid for the Uber.
