Restaurant staff was excellent. Front desk may need some more courteous and friendly people. I’ll share my experience. My key was not working. I was locked outside the room as front desk for replacement he asked for ID I said sir I’m locked outside. Everything is inside. He stated can I get your address? I gave him my address he said I’m getting a foreign address. I said, sir, you may not be hitting the right key. Could you recheck my verification. He rolled his eyes and he said here is the key.

The staff was nice but the bathrub was dirty and it looked like there was blood near the center of the tub. The room was too cold and I never figured out how to use the controls (probably user error. The breakfast bar was good, but they closed too early and they ran out of bacon. The property is gorgeous, the lobby area, bar area and lounge are 1st rate. The bed was very soft. You need more TV channel options. The location of the hotel is nice too, with plenty of good eating options nearby. I was shocked that I had to pay to park. That's just wrong. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

When we arrived for our stay, the hotel said that the room booked through Expedia (a corner suite) was not available. They gave us a Premium suite instead, but the price difference was not compensated and not all of the amenities were given that the Premium suite advertised. Hotel room was very clean and breakfast was fantastic as usual, just disappointed with the seeming miscommunication between Expedia and Hilton.

Nice and clean. The tv in our bedroom would not work with the remote. I had to call service to the room twice to fix it. The bar was not open for drinks when we got there until that evening. Other than that the overall stay was good.

Clean hotel breakfast was great im pregnant so i missed the complimentary drink but overall it was a great stay to me the beds were a bit to firm but again im pregnant but the pillows was very soft amazing staff i highly recommend

The hotel room was dirty and outdated. There was mold in the shower, a dripping air vent with mold, stains on sheets, dirty floors and the best part…bugs! Around the halls and lobbies the trash cans were all overflowing and there was trash and food randomly on the floor. On a positive note, the breakfast was good!
