The hotel situates right under the rout of planes departing from RDU, and the hotel is not designed well to isolate noise enough. We stayed another hotel in the same area, right across the street, and it was not as noisy as this hotel. The condition of our room was also not great. There were black spots like mold on the back of soap tray of the tub. The handles of the shower interfere with each other. So, hard to operate. Obviously, this hotel has some maintenance issues.

This property is clean and nice. The issues I had were the rooms were not very quiet. I could hear our neighbor talking in his phone all night. The are also is just below the take off and landing path of Raleigh Airport Planes take off and land starting at 6 am and may end at midnight. I will not stay at this Hotel when I return to Raleigh
