Staff was awesome, they helped us out even though we checked in a full day late. Breakfast was great, room was clean. Only iffy was the pool was freezing, but we’re southern, so it could be considered a hot tub to someone vacationing from the north. Overall… 11/10

I am a frequent guest at this hotel because of it being close to my in-laws but this weekend wasn’t as pleasant as my past visits. I placed food in the refrigerator as I normally have in the past and noticed it wasn’t on. The time allowed for cooling wasn’t long enough to keep my food cold enough for the next day so of course it spoiled. The room overall was clean except for our bed sheets that obviously hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.There was a large stain, the size of a persons palm,on the corner of the top sheet that looked like grape jelly. Unfortunately we didn’t notice it until the last day of our stay, since that part of the bedding had been tucked under the mattress. I’m really disappointed this was our favorite hotel.
