I was very disappointed with this property. The listing was misleading — both the location and the photos gave a very different impression from the reality. Upon arrival, the space was not clean. We encountered bugs, including roaches and spiders, which made the stay very uncomfortable.On top of that, the back door and the back screen door did not lock properly, which raised safety concerns. Overall, the standard of excellence and quality I am accustomed to was simply not present here. I would not recommend this property as it fell short in cleanliness, accuracy, and safety.

Holiday stay 2024

Very nice compact 3 BR unit. Close to downtown Durham in neighborhood that appeared quite safe. Minimally furnished, but quite comfortable, especially the beds. Only thing missing was a Keurig; coffee is made in a 10-cup drip maker so not as convenient for 2-3 guests who like their coffee on awakening :)

Stay for Eye Surgery at Duke

For eye surgery at Duke, this was perfect, no steps, very clean, good location, quiet neighborhood. The host was quick to respond to every message. Loved sitting on porch in sunshine. Beds were super comfortable!
