Located in a prime North Raleigh neighborhood, there are tons of parks, trails, and free family activities within minutes of our home. There is a fenced in backyard with a swing set great for kids or pets. The home is located just 15 minutes from RDU airport, 20 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to North Hills/Crabtree Malls, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby without the hassle of noise and parking downtown.
- NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE! Beds and couches included.
- No fires in the fireplace.
- We have three video cameras on the outside of our house covering all exterior doors of the house. All of the cameras record any and all motion they detect, and we reserve the right to use these recordings to verify if house rules are being broken, or any other reason we see fit to protect our house and property. We do not sell or publish any videos, we use them strictly for Airbnb/safety purposes.
- Be mindful of our neighbors. We request you not have any loud parties/outdoor noises after 10pm.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING - even outside the house.

This place was fine, but the photos must be older as the house was a lot dingier than expected. It was fine as a place to crash for a couple nights while visiting family in the area.
