Check-in process was abysmal. Wrong room (2 queens vs 1 king reserved)... back downstairs ... "Expedia didn't tell us it was a king" (as if) ... only king left is pet friendly room ... looked ... it stank like dog piss ... back to reception ... sold out sorry all we have are the 2 queen beds ... settled for that. Buffet breakfast cancelled for tomorrow bc too many people are checking out? Unheard of. All in all an abysmal experience. Won't be back. Shame on you Hilton.

Phenomenal service that makes you feel at home

I had the pleasure of connecting with Donna and Priscilla NGERA I can’t express how much these two people made a difference and my stay at the Hilton.. I often stay at this hotel and it’s amazing to think that every time I have stayed, I have been graced with your presence. They never failed to greet me by name. They never fail to express what’s taking place in the city. They have accommodated me to no end. I wish there were more representatives like these two people. I can’t say enough all I know is I’ll be back again in February and I’m looking forward to seeing these two faces sometimes it’s just the people that bring you back and knowing that they do whatever it takes to make sure my state is pleasant. It makes me feel like I’m at home. There was only luke-warm water available for my two day stay. Because I booked thru Expedia, they wouldn’t credit anything for my stay. They said they would give me some Hilton points…. Who cares not staying there again.
