We always stay at Hilton, and we already expect a certain standard of service. What was outstanding this time is that we were able to check into our room earlier than 3pm. We’re in town for a wedding that was supposed to start at 3pm, so it was definitely a plus.

Very disappointed

Heat/air was LOUD - had to change rooms in middle of night because room never cooled. The next room was loud too. The wall air vent blows air directly on the bed so your hair is moving. We didn’t sleep at all. Broken coffee pot the next morning was the last straw.

My wife and I are both disabled, we requested a handicap room. The suite was well above what we expected, It had plenty of room for us to maneuver in. Retired USMC (23years)disabled Veteran. Thank you, we plan to return soon to visit relatives and use this hotel.

We had a great time here and it’s located just off the highway. The temperature never got regulated in our room and when we were first checked in, there was a worker in the bathroom putting something in the tub. He left immediately but dripped water to the door that he didnt clean up. Other than that, we were very pleased with our stay and the front staff is top notch.
