Great service but when returning on the 1st at 3am after a New Year’s party my door was locked. I went down to the front desk where the lady told me that no one was booked in my room. I told her my things are in the room and that I have the booking and showed her. She then let me in and I was able to retreat for the night. Overall great staff and very nice room

I wasn’t told that rooms are only serviced every OTHER day. I left a large tip in Christmas Day via your “e-tip” service…but there was no service. Front desk staff were basically invisible. I know it was a holiday but the first floor was deserted and did not offer a feeling of safety to an older woman traveling alone.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Had to pay to park which i thought wa ridiculous. Parking lot was very small as well especially if driving a truck. Close to everything but the paid parking was not expected.
