Housekeeping staff walked into my room without announcing themselves during a personal moment. When I tried to get an explanation, the housekeeper waved me off and walked away. The supervisor did call me and apologized immediately. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant. They need better pillows.

The TV remote wasn’t working too great. Had to manually change the input. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Very high pressure in the shower. Other than those things, I’m happy to have stayed at this hotel.
