Beware & Stay Elsewhere!!! I experienced a serious security breach during my stay. An employee entered my room without authorization and my personal belongings were clearly tampered with. When I reported this to the GM, Susanne, she claimed there were no cameras, despite visible cameras on the floors that give the impression of security. She said she would immediately check the key-card data, but didn’t contact me until hours later—only to admit she had done nothing. She showed no urgency, dismissed my concerns about safety and retaliation, and refused to review the evidence I offered. A male employee entering a female guest’s room without permission is extremely dangerous, and the complete lack of investigation or concern from management is unacceptable. This was handled far below Hilton standards, and guest safety does not appear to be a priority at this property.

My biggest problem was that I booked with Expedia. I arrived at 3:05 for check in and the type of room I had reserved was gone. The hotel did try to find me another room like I had booked and of course there were no more. They explained that couldn’t control the bookings thru 3rd party. So, I had go and pull out a sofa sleeper and make it up for my child to sleep on. I will never book 3rd party again.

My sister in law & I had my 2 kids here for 2 nights. Everything was great, except the hallways were incredibly hot. Must've had the heat at 80+ degrees everyday even though it is still summer. The front desk woman said she thought theres some reason for them being that way and that others have said something before. I cannot think of why a place where its so hot outside already would want to make their guests immediately sweat when they walk out their door. Odd butthe room was great and the location and others guests were quiet so it was a great stay besides sweating to death to/from the room.

This hotel property was top notch. Our room was amazing crisp clean, smell great everything up-to-date not worn out all the corners No dirt dust. We were truly impressed. The staff was very attentive and helpful and professiona, great breakfast also.

HVAC made loud noises & couldn’t regulate itself. Had to ask for clean towels 2x during our stay. 3 pillows on a Queen bed; 1 pillow for the sofa bed. Breakfast in the am was a free for all - so messy!
