Overall stay was great. However, your system double booked us and you comped us another room. For future maybe check to see so this doesnt happen again. Also, I Was told my hilton honors points would be used for the second room, this is unaceptable. The room should be completely comped not charged to me when it was in no way my error. I had booked weeks in advance to make sure something like this did not happen.

I stayed here for Dreamville festival this year. It was a short walk from the hotel to the pop ups and other activities they had going on in the area. It was also about a 10 minute walk to the shuttle. The room was very nice and spacious.

We enjoy the atmosphere of the hotel entrance. The staff were quite pleasant and friendly. The room was just perfect. The layout and amenities were practical and convenient. There were scooters available around the hotel that we used to go to dinner. A very pleasant experience overall. Would highly recommend it.
