Needs better parking

The hotel itself was excellent. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Only bad thing I could say bout this place was no parking. You have to find a park on the street or pay 25.00/ nite to park in the garage. The key card wasn’t really working my husband had to wait bout 20 Before he got out .

We looked ahead of time and the website for this hotel said there was a shuttle from the airport. Turns out there is not and they just chalked it up to a mistake on the website. Had to pay for an Uber both ways to and from the airport. This added an unexpected amount to our trip. No offer to compensate for this. Our room didn’t have a shower door or curtain so water went all over the floor when we showered. We had two windows and the shades would go down on one and up on the other so we could not shut both at the same time at night. For the price we paid for this room I would have expected better. The upstairs restaurant was pretty and had a nice seating area outside. The downstairs restaurant had a very good bartender/server named Maggie who was super helpful and kind. The rooms were clean.

Parking is an additional fee starting at $25 overnight. This could have been something we were made aware of when booking. Some of the staff was rude and seemed to not want to be bothered. Tv did not work properly, exhaust fan in bathroom wouldn't come on. The hotel was very clean though.

The suite that I booked was huge and very nice. It was a corner unit. There were issues with check in, the staff seemed to not know what was going on. Lots of whispering between them. It was very odd. The staff also were not very customer service oriented or bubbly, but not rude exactly. The staff also did not seem to know the workings of the property very well. The surrounding area seems to be under development and will be great once it's completed, seaboard station, but as of now lacking Resturant/shopping options within walking distance.

Friendly staff and fast check in. Nice bar/restaurant on 7th floor. Smelled good throughout the hotel and the room was quiet and clean. Only negative is the parking situation but we lucked up with a(free)parking spot about a 2min walk from the hotel I’m not sure how much paid parking across the street from the hotel was but from reviews I’ve read it’s around $35 a night

We really enjoyed our stay but I will say the walls are paper thin and someone on our floor was partying all night very loudly and the entire floor was yelling and telling them to be quiet all night. We did love the look of the hotel and enjoyed the breakfast and stay!
