The property had landscaping that looked pretty nice but the paint on the building looked rough. Lobby was clean. The room was pretty clean but the bathroom was not- the bathroom floor was filthy and there was stuff on the wall in the shower. Am front desk guy was VERY nice, as was the gentleman that drove the shuttle. They were both very professional, friendly and kind.

The room was fine. My issue was the children running up and down the hall talking loud, crying, stomping and slamming doors after 11 pm. Their parents were just as bad with talking loudly and slamming their doors. Very in considerate people. The shuttle was great and the front desk was great too.

I booked a room with double queen beds and both beds were much smaller than Queen size! The bathroom door was a thin double door that did not lock and you could see right through into the bathroom. Completely unacceptable!

The property is well located near the airport and access routes, the staff is very friendly. However, the hotel needs updating. The rooms are a bit old and dirty. In my case, I had to kill a cockroach that was walking in the middle of my room, where there were ants in my suitcase and cobwebs on the ceiling. In a week, they never changed my towels or sheets. When this happened, they sent me to another dirty room that had apparently been there for a long time. I came back and they changed me to another one in the middle of the night with my son in a special condition. No manager in charge of the hotel approached us. Today I checked out and they just told me to leave the keys in that box. There was no one there at the reception. Basic breakfast, the same every day.
